Payment & Delivery

All orders are delivered by UPS, DHL or Swiss Post. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. When ordering, please make sure that the billing and delivery address is correct as we cannot redirect. The delivery time starts with the order acceptance and includes a period of 24 hours during which your items are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Delivery times are indicative and start on the shipping date. We will endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote locations or adverse weather conditions.


For security reasons, all online purchases from lophura.ch must be signed upon delivery. Please note that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the stated delivery address can sign for your delivery. We are not liable for a lost or missing order signed in a building, e.g. an office address provided for delivery. If no one is available to sign the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If after 5 days without communication still no one is available to sign the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. During our sales period your order will be shipped in our packaging, wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a white box. All orders are delivered in discreet packaging without any indication of content. There may be a slight delay in your order during the sales period. Please wait up to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
