Return policy

If you place an order on, you are welcome to return all items via our free return service, provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.
The items must be returned in their original condition with all items in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that the goods arrive in a suitable and undamaged condition. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be returned to you and/or refund refused. Items must be returned from the original country of shipment.

Please note that items received outside the stated return period will not be accepted.

Return your product

You can return your items to us using your own shipper. If so, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return as you are responsible for proper care of the items and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them in our warehouse. In the event of dispute, we also recommend that you keep proof of delivery. We accept no responsibility for the loss of items you wish to ship.

Lophura, Holzgasse 6, 8001 Zurich is not liable for the loss of shoes in the return transport. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and note your shipment number.
After receipt of the items, they will be subjected to a quality check. After the settlement, you will receive a refund of the cost to the purchase price (excluding the original shipping charges) directly to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 business days for processing returns. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund after processing.

We do not refund any initial shipping charges for returned items, except for faulty items. Your own return postage is not refundable.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or duties will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the amount refunded may be slightly above or below the original price paid. Upon receipt of the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original undamaged shoe box, which is considered part of the product. Shoes returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.

Faulty items

Articles are faulty if they are delivered damaged. Items damaged by normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If possible, we offer to repair defective items. If items considered defective cannot be repaired or the same item is unavailable, a full refund will be offered.

Cancellation of your order
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Contract Ordinance 2013, but you must notify us within 14 days of the day following the day on which you receive the last item of your order.

After receiving your notice of order cancellation, Customer Service will contact you and give you return instructions. Please complete the returns form that you received with your order and enclose it with your return so that we can process your refund promptly.
Please note that you must pay the cost of the return as our free pick-up service does not apply to orders cancelled under the ICACRs. We recommend that you insure the return as you are required to handle it with due care.
